Construction Project Management for 2 level alterations and additions to 13,000 square foot restaurant. Existing building completely gutted, upgraded entirely and new interior and exterior finishes rounded out the transformation of Lucas Restaurant into one of Greenwich's preeminent dining destinations. Nearly 2 year construction schedule required extensive PCDFA on-site observation & management of every aspect of the process, correcting a project with a rocky start and opening in 2011 to raves! Very proud of result from where it began!
