PCDFA designed glass and aluminum entry canopies and curtainwall glazing for large mixed use development in Stamford, CT. Working with developer and glazing contractor, PCDFA created cantilevered canopies with spider fittings and tempered safety glass. PCDFA also standardized curtainwall vision and spandrel panels for fabrication and installation, creating design and construction documents for several buildings, some multi-story and all with aggressive construction schedules.

Winter Olympic Hotel
Pyeong Chang, South Korea
PCDFA design for new 22 story luxury hotel/condominium tower located on strait between Kyoungpo lake and Sea of Japan in the heart of Gangneung on Northeastern South Korea coast. Hotel sited directly across from Olympic stadium and contains 450 hotel rooms and suites, 22 luxury condominium units, indoor pool, health spa and open air infinity edge pool on the 14th floor skydeck, rooftop heli-pad, retail shops and a nightclub.
