New 2,800 square foot fit-out at UCONN Storrs campus for Bruegger's Bagels and Jamba Juice eateries completed late 2014. PCDFA maintained each company's distinct brand image in the dual facility incorporating these standards in a custom, compact layout. A popular new campus destination in the heart of the new Storrs Center redevelopment complex!

New 1,600 square foot restaurant fit-out. PCDFA worked closely with the owner bringing his vision to life for a kosher sushi dining experience, complete with a pleasant, contemporary decor accentuated with unique lighting and rich mix of textures and materials in a sleek, upscale and hip environment located within one of the busiest mid-town hotel complexes.

Extensive 2 level alterations of Nationally recognized equestrian retail company's New Canaan location specializing in riding/training equipment, saddles, grooming supplies and apparel. Redesigned lower level executive offices, boardroom, merchant services and support spaces and new finishes with state of the art LED lighting throughout store. Successful result is timeless, modern elegance infused into this store complementing the well heeled equestrian themed products and apparel. Phased construction did not disrupt retail operations at any time.
